Accuracy of Information

Science Insights and its journals seek to maintain the accuracy and integrity of published scholarly content through editorial assessment, peer review and appropriate publication procedures.

These processes reduce but cannot eliminate the possibility of errors, omissions, disputed interpretations or subsequent developments that may affect the understanding of published work.

Readers should evaluate scholarly information in the context of the relevant evidence, methodology, limitations and subsequent research.

The presence of an advertisement, sponsor, commercial link or reference to a product or service does not, by itself, constitute endorsement by Science Insights or the relevant journal.

Editorial decisions must not be determined by whether an author, institution, advertiser, sponsor or other party has a commercial relationship with Science Insights.

Post-Publication Changes

Scholarly knowledge develops over time, and concerns or new information may emerge after an article has been published.

Where a significant error, integrity concern or other issue affecting the scholarly record is identified, Science Insights or the relevant journal may investigate the matter and take appropriate editorial action.
